Is There a Concession That Federal Courts Can Rule in State Courts?
The Supreme Court rejected a theory that federal courts could reign in state courts. Kate says it was more there kind of knowing their audience right now and just thinking that the chance that this audience having decided to take the case up was going to just completely repudiate this theory. The court basically said in a unanimous opinion although there was a concurrence no we're not going to embrace the novel theory so like i don't know there's a universe in which something like that happens here, she adds.
