The Suffering Servant Discourse

Brent: We need to look at the questions the eunuch asked and Philip is answering because I think therein lies a really great lesson. Brent read find his question in the Acts chapter and tell me what he asked for. He says, "Do this exhortation that you're teaching me about Philip? Does it belong only to the prophet Isaiah and the people of God, or does it even apply to outsiders like me?" And Philip explains to him using Isaiah, possibly chapter 56, that in Jesus, this good news and call from God is for all people. While he may be excluded from the assembly of worshipers at the temple, he is not excluded from the community of God
