Do You Know if You're Using a Training System?

A lot of the literature in laboratory testing is using like the big, fancy multi $100,000 devices. The exact numbers can certainly not be translated. So it really has to be an individual application. And again, I can't give exact numbers. But if if we're kind of talking about in the range of, let's call it five to 10% at low intensity, and it would be maybe 10 to 15% maybe up to 20% at high intensity.
