How to Unwind at the End of a Shift
At the end of a shift, even good shifts can be stressful sometimes. One of my ways of unwinding is just thinking about it and reliving some of those experiences in a way that kind of improves the interaction in my head. I am not some crazy person who's sitting there talking to himself all the time. This is an active exercise I try and do when I'm going through cases throughout the day or when we're breaking things down.
