The Importance of Personal Responsibility in the Age of the Internet

I feel like I have a well, actually it's funny. I have more of a choice if I like remove myself from the internet for a few days. Like I was touching grass over the weekend and felt great the entire time. And so coming back to my phone, I'm less addicted to my phone,. But the more I'm on it during the week, the more screen time sort of spirals out of control depending on the day. So having the ability to like take a step back is really important for me and my mental health.
