Is It a Matter of Loyalty the Tribe?
i think steve pinker makes the point that we, all of us, to some extent, hold opinions that we do, not because we've thought them through, but because it's our tribe. The republican tribe, at least part of them, it, it is a tribe, believes these ridiculous things. But this is what my tribe believes. This is what our people believe. And i don't t tha, that is more rational. Something else, egoing to huy their own shoe laces.
