The Systemic Risk of the Bank Failures
The severity of the conditions that we're facing could very well force a greater weight on the regional bank and small bank liquidity issues, even in making a decision on monetary policy. Do you have any concerns about it being systemic? The banks, the individual banks themselves are not systemic in the way we thought about systemic risk back in 2008 and 2009. It's just a matter of how severe this problem. Continues to be and whether it cascades.
