The Tent Embassie and the Tent Embassy
i asked brunwin carson how younger indigenous rights activists have built upon the protests of the tent embassy in that bite for justice. I think we really have to acknowledge and pay homage to the old people who have kept those fires burning and kept the story going, she said. So i'd say the tent embassy's going to stand for a lot longer than politicians could ever possibly hope for. Cause young people now are telling their children about the history of that place,. Those children will look around them and say, not much as changed. This place needs to stand, and maybe it needs to grow.
