Sometimes the the private revelation can be a confirmation, as it were, of dogma. The key idea is that I would want our listeners to take away from this episode is that public revelation is central. And even if you find yourself inclined to the world of private revelation don't let that get in the way of your reading scripture and learning about the truth of the faith.
