Japan Decides to Join the Imperialists

In 1904, Japan marches into Seoul and demands the so-called Korea-Japan protocol. This is that same kind of thing they're doing everywhere, right? They're installing advisors. And we mentioned the sign of Japanese war because Korea was independent but kind of culturally confusion close to the Chinese model. We are going to take whatever we want from China and from its allies. That was the wake-up call to China in the year 1894-5.
