The End of Science

John Horgan's book, "The End of Science," was published in 1996. He says he got invited to the Nobel Prize ceremony after it had been generating all this debate for six months. A physicist who'd won a physics prize at the time denounced his thesis and said that we are reaching the end of science.Horgan: I think certain areas of science are getting more difficult these days.
