Gerard Mayo's Aspirations to Be a Head Coach
I hope he's made a secret of his aspirations to one day be a head coach. Gerard is an individual, I think there's no ceiling on his ability to grow and how competent he is. The team has its brand and its philosophy carry forward after Bill's done. It's awkward to say the least, because Gerard Mayo is, in many ways, the football offspring of Bill Belichick. Does Bill feel good about the idea that Gerard Mayo may succeed him?
