The Benefits of Living in a City

A modest tax on versity o pen would bring in over forty million dollars to the school district every single year. The university of pennsylvania, an ibe league school, in my district has a 20 point five billion dollar endowment. And they are exempt from property taxes cause they are constituted as a non profit. We need to force these elete institutions, whether they're a corporation or a fake non profit, we need to force them to pay up.
