How Long Does It Take to Capture a Power Trace?

If it's a simple device, in wrinting soft were a s algorithm, you know, we might only have to take like 20 or 30 power measurements to get enough data. But if it's a hardware device, or an multicore processor, it could be ten thousand,. It could be a million power way forms that you have to measure this to actually...get enough information out of that really noisy powder troce. How long does it take to do one of these power traces? Basically as long as it takes to rend the inscription. And i sometimes can barely measure, like, what i'm looking for in my one point eight voltage signals. But this has to be tiny.
