I came for a big fishing family in New Zealand. I try and eat fish at least two or three times a week. Fish here is very... Not as good, No. But I have time for some. Like especially my name will make like raw fish. It's kind of like Swedish Ceviche. We've had arguments about this with a good friend. Can you get a halibut? No, I don't think so. And we do have good snapper, kahawai. They're completely different fish. There's some that are similar to sea bream but they're not the same. This isn't my recipe, so I'm just having a little
