The Importance of Being Next to the Ocean
I think for a lot of people just trusting in nature you know and mother nature I do that too. One of the most healing things you can do is get next next to any body of running water like a creek or a river or the ocean. In Native American Indian culture rattles are actually a symbol for the sound of water and rain and rain so when you're rattling you're actually creating a metaphorical experience of being rained on to wash the pain away. Even even getting a pair of rattles and just rattling and chanting whatever wants to come out of you could help heal your soul.
