What Do You Do on a Regular Basis?

I think it's really easy to get impatient and frustrated with other people when you don't know what their days look like. I'm an assistant residency program director for the critical care am pharmacy residence hereat u. And so i certainly think tat through the education, there needs to be a little bit more understanding of what everyone does on the team or what every one could do. So actually have my learners go shadow am a couple of different professions for a couple of hours just so that they get a fiel like what everyone else is doing.
