Is PLS a Good Idea?

In Michigan, the one state where it's now legal, they like it fine. The Save to Win program has taken in $18 million in deposits this year. Two other states, Rhode Island and Maine, have just passed legislation to give PLS a try. Sometimes you need stronger incentives or maybe just some good smoke and mirrors.
