Stable Coins on Lightning?

The coold part about bitcoin is that people can build whatever the fuck they want. I just feel like stable coins on lightning not a big priority, but maybe i'm just completely missed a lease. Maybe it's some one's business case to do that. And and who are we to say that you can't use lightning for this or that? You can scamp people with bit coin without any shit coins. Rigt.
