I always hated telling people to do stuff. It's like, that's what the money's for. I'm not going to regret it if I listen to my gut. The times when I haven't made good decisions on personnel or in the business is when I have and listen to my Gut. Another thing I learned and kind of wish I knew early on is that EQ, emotional intelligence to me is so much more important than your resume. And dude, give me someone who's young, hungry and wants it."
