The Importance of Being Fair With Feedback
I do think also sometimes we're too comfortable giving accolades to the wrong people. So I think just in general, being careful with our words is important. Sometimes it seems like women are being aggressive when we do it when actually we're not. And I've been come across as, Oh, well, I don't care. That's a bit, a bit touchy. You know, I find that sometimes as a woman, you've taken the wrong way with when you're giving the feedback.
