The Importance of Church Discipline

Most people's membership in a local congregation will end either by their death or by their transfer into another church because they've moved. But there is that small but conceptually very important set of memberships where they're ended out of our love for the person. That's how we deal with sin. Church is disciplined and it is teaching.
