What's the Difference Between MLS and Regular Comps?
The real benefit of getting your real estate license and being an agent used to be because you had MLS access. The agents have the ability to take a house and put it on the MLS, which gives it more exposure so they can sell houses faster and for more money. So I think that my narrative is that they're trying to protect their competitive advantage. But again, there you go. There's someone putting a narrative, right? And then you spread it. You spread it right.
