I think people on the right would say this isn't a gun problem It's a mental health problem. Even if they're 100 correct and you take it as a given that there are just millions of mentally ill people walking around You still need to do something about like you can't just be like yeah, it's a mentalhealth problem. And when some people are gonna get you it's still too easy to get guns in a country where people are walking around mentally ill. There is not someone with more advanced technology than Google or china who knows we should pause AI research for at least six months. Because things are moving too fast and might unravel too easily.
