Is This a North Korea Hacker?

There is no hand written note by kim jongn saying, i hacked you. North career only has a very thin pipe line to the internet. And it's oe of the most surveiled pipe lines in the world. Hackers use connections from inside north caree. It's really difficult to understand how somebody could fake a presence in north corea.
