A lot of folks feel there's too much crime and not enough policing. What would your picture of public safety look like when it comes to funding? I think what I would want back would be real community based policing where you have officers that are out walking beats in neighborhoods. It's about a combination of prevention both for young people getting them access to things that help them find their passion before they get into negative peer groups.
