Shannon: I think most medical and health science programs are shifting more from that biomedical to the biopsychosocial model. That understanding where somebody is on the trajectory of behavior change when they are talking to them is a very important tool. To me the most I get out of that framework conceptually is understanding that one size does not fit all back to tailored, she says.
