Touring With Phil La Bonty

Rio and his band pretty much always is going to tour with a lot of support. And i'm sure maybe in some cases they might even be the support, depending on who the headliner is. Do you have a management company that reaches out to other bands and says, how you want to tour with us while? How does it work?
