The human body is this convergence of like a lot of dynamic variables, you know, it's really, really difficult to pinpoint that stuff. There are many times where you go in feeling great, but for whatever reason, maybe it's not a terrible workout. I can remember this happening many times where everything just feels heavy and hard,. Even though I felt great, good energy levels, good sleep, whatever. It's very easy to no seba yourself into having an awful workout when you're going to be able to do that.
