I have to constantly remind myself, honestly, it is a forever work in progress, i think. The innate nejek reaction is just to pick whatever it is up and just do it. My whole life lives there. It's very easy just to add a task. And so i think that trigger is really not super concrete, but in in a more vague way, is this concept of just being stressed and feeling that you're not performing at pique efficiency any more. I know when i hit that ceiling and when i need to re evaluate my tedulist and say, ok, what can i delegate?
It’s easy to feel productive when checking off time-sensitive tasks.
