No Punishment, No Repecussions, No Recompenses
We often use this in a judgmental way to describe people we want to get punished, or we think they should be punished. This is a great way to express your am anger about the environment. I'm sick of people getting off scot free with littering every day. Write anything you see people doing and having no negative consequence for this would be perfect. And one big difference here is it doesn't have that second meaning. It just has that first meaning of not having a negative consequence.
