We have been doing altitude training since 2014. It's not for everyone because you have a lot of non-responders or whatever you call it. We say that everyone responds really well to altitude training if you do the training correct. But what we see is that everyone has really good benefit of doing altitude training but hold and need to adjust the pace are very individual.
