The Psychology of Intellectual Humility

Psychology of intellectual humility has been one of my favorite areas to learn about in the past few years. We live in a culture that stigmatizes not knowing, and i think we'd be much better off stigmatizing certainty. How do you work with people unwilling to rethink anything, or are so jaded and beaten down that they can't see beyond obstacles and road blocks? The most effective way is by interviewing them just trying to understand their thoughts on an issue.
