I've talked about my gamification series called the Goldilocks zone. Essentially, it's a balance point between the challenge of an activity and the relevant skills that you bring towards it. And so my goal is to push back on this consuming culture and say like, yeah, the systems are rigged against us. But here's a way for us to take the power back.
