i'm really disappointed that the one thing i was most excited by, which was the inclusion of a civilian advisory body, and it was delineated out how ht those individuals would be chosen. So, you know, this is all going to be bureacratically monitored, and there's not going to be any sort of civilian oversight,. except for the committees that are going to be in charge of oversight.
