The Importance of Fear in Real Estate Deals

I think there's a lot of fear that is pressing on people that really is just like trapped between your ears. I'm running around business than being an employee, but it's not risky at all. Even if the market dips 40%, or like say we've brought it from 2.6 to 7 million, the market dips 50% even, right? We're still up. That'd be the worst crash since oh eight, right? And I don't think there's any shot of that happening, especially with a cash flowing asset like this. It's actually really safe.
