Even if the market dips 40%, or like say we've brought it from 2.6 to 7 million, the market dips 50% even, right? We're still up. That'd be the worst crash since oh eight, right? And I don't think there's any shot of that happening, especially with a cash flowing asset like this. It's actually really safe.
