Can We Communicate With Neutrinos?

In another billion years our neutrino Schnauzens will evolve so we can smell neutrinos in the universe one can only hope. I was wondering if people thought it was possible to use neutrinos to communicate for example to stream movies while you're deep underground perhaps.
