Hands-off private equity firms are probably less likely to have a dedicated operating team or might be doing more of the engagement themselves. At the other end of the spectrum, you have very highly prescriptive, highly highly involved public companies. There's no right or wrong model with it; it just varies whether you're hands-off collaborative orhighly prescriptive. And that comes back to what's the strategy and approach of the funds.
