Don't Go in an Idle Spirit
Don't go in an idle spirit. Be conscious of cause and effect or be conscious of where certain things lead so you know men will often observe that when they drink too much they suffer more in the way of sexual temptation. If you aren't conscious of your patterns or the ways in which you ordinarily navigate then you're just gonna fall prey to whatever neurons are firing at the present moment. Build habits that are good and virtuous and conducive to what St. Francis is leading us to consider and to think about.
