The Bedfellow of British Food
I call mine Labradorus, which is Spanish for plowmans. I'm disallowing that because that's not a plowman. It's just nice food put inside a pasty with a scotch egg on the side. English mustard: The greatest condiment of all time. Red onion, chutney, HP brown sauce, Tabasco sriracha. And no one likes hot sauce more than me - even though I don't like Sriracha as it's too salty.
