Martial Arts - It's Just a Random Thing I Don't Know What's the Connection?
Everything is a re-expression of the central principles one thing that I've done before and I haven't done very much recently is martial arts classes. The teacher had scars from training where he'd like been cut with a knife and things like that but anyway we didn't use knives in school we just you know beat each other up well we didn't really do that according to him. We just were unarmed at least in these in these sessions but mostly it was conditioning we mostly it was just strengthening us. It was the hardest workout I'd ever done in my life certainly before and possibly since anyway. He would always say just over again over and over again he'd say fights always end up on
