Are You Still an Effective Representative for 40 Million Californians?

CNN's John Sutter reports that Sen. Dianne Feinstein is struggling to remember who people are and how they worked together over a decade. He says she blamed her struggles on the grief of losing her husband, but it was clear from his reporting that this issue predated him. She has denied any problem with her ability to deliver for state of California as some have suggested. But there are those who defend her record in terms of what she, her office is able to accomplish as a testament to her capacity to serve in the position.
