Are There Any Retention Markeers That Don't?

I think there's more retention marketers that operate from a customer centric, you know, stansin and think empathy and play the long game. There aren't a lot of growth marketers who, i think, think this way. Most people are so focused on their cack and what their click the rate is and what their conversion rate is,. And they'll do whatever it takes you out to get it at the expense of how the customers going to feel about that brand long term. I think i was also lucky in the sense that i started direct consumer in beverage, where it was so important to have a really solid retention engine.
