"We kind of reached a level of critical mass where I couldn't keep up with everybody um and we found that people well people just like people at the end of the day whether you're a big corporation or a small local business," she says. "People like that interpersonal connection so we end up now all of us run production in our own kind of way for different projects" She adds: "Treat it like it's art rather than business because it's so so easy to confuse too."
