The Most Valuable Thing a Brand Can Do
i hyper focused on it for like, five good years before i became completely burnt out. Because i was the only person working on it full time, like, all that pressure was on me to meet their harper's expectations. And even though i was running the whole thing and had full control over it, i wasn't the person setting the goals for it. I'm a community first person. Like, i try to put the community and think of them always first. Am because i think fostering a healthy community is probably the most valuable thing a brand can do.
