Are There Any Qualifications Required to Become a Chocolate Expert?

When i started the tours, my idea was that i would find a chocolate expert to lead the tours. And then somehow I just kind of kept learning and kept learning. It's been so exciting to watch the industry grow and see all the people com ing to end with chocolate. Because it's a very difficult industry on a high quality scale to make money from. But everybody who comes into it does it because they really love the product. And that's really nice.
