Test of Aerobic Fitness

A one mile run is not quite long enough to really tap into what I'd be looking for. Maybe like a three rep max on like the squat and the bench press maybe throw both of those in there. And then I would say vertical jump test. So got a test of aerobic fitness test of anaerobic fitness like a 400 or 800. No one no one enjoys that. Everyone hates it. It's terrible. But that's that's just how it is.
