i always think the question's worth asking, because i have so little expectation coming to this interview and talking to you. How long does that path or road look or how long does it look like to achieve that? Do you run it over multiple seasons, where you might s on a particular grip for em three to four months, take a break from it for two to three months, and then come back to it to another cycle? And i asked this with relevance to climbing, that some people might be working on their half crimp grip position. I don't necessarily think within climbing that it's a good idea to hammer the same grip type on a very focuse training method for 12 months
