The Problem With Behavior Design
Booking.com is not necessarily a bad service, but there is this notion of loyalty that's kind of very important. I don't want to be friends with booking.com. It's a very annoying and noisy friend. But maybe there are services that I can befriend and then I'll be happy to use them even although they might be a little bit more expensive. And so the thing is that if somebody comes up with a service that's pretty much like booking but doesn't have all these fancy things,. it might not have the same conversion, but it might have a much stronger loyalty.
