The US House of Representatives Intervene in a State Prosecution of Donald Trump
Donald Trump is charged with falsifying business records and furtherance of a federal crime. The charge does not strike me as an assault on the rule of law, CNN's John Berman says. But to then have the US House of Representatives intervene in an unprecedented manner into a state prosecution where Donald Trump has ample due process to contest those charges "that's a that's a problem," he adds.
